Step-N-Out Renovation Phase 2

After Phase 1 was complete, Phase 2 began which was to find or buy a hardwood floor and put it down.  A wonderful gentlemen named Tom Kamphake donated all this hardwood to CincySwing to use for Step-N-Out's new floor.  It took three full weekends of demolition to remove each board and all its nails.  We then transported it all down to Step-N-Out in pickup trucks and my Jeep.  In December over the Christmas break, CincySwing and Herman Recalde's Construction crew laid the floor down in the lower level studio.  It took four days of painstaking and backbreaking work to get this floor installed (this included a 13 hour non-stop marathon on December 26 by me so the space would be usable on Thursday December 27).   Many of the boards had to have either the tongue, groove or both recreated before they could be nailed down and interlocked to the other boards.  There is over 1200 square feet of hardwood in this studio.  This is Phase 2 (Install a hardwood floor)
